£32,526 - £35,436 per annum, 37 hours per week The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7. 5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day 52 weeks per annum, Abingdon Campus Permanent Are you a people-focused recruitment professional looking for your next challenge? At Abingdon and Witney College you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting talented people who help transform lives through education. We are recruiting an ambitious Recruitment Adviser to be a key element of our recruitment function. You will proactively help us find the right people for the College - from academic lecturers and business support staf f to leadership positions, ensuring an outstanding candidate and manager experience from start to finish. What You'll Do: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising roles to coordinating interviews and offers Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert recruitment advice Ensure a smooth, efficient, and inclusive candidate experience Support the development of attraction strategies to reach diverse talent pools Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safer recruitment and employment legislation What We're Looking For: Experience in a recruitment, HR or resourcing role (in-house or agency) Level 3 qualification or industry equivalent Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practice Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills A professional, customer-focused approach Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines Closing date: 1st July 2025 (Midnight) *Abingdon and Witney College reserve the right to close all applications before posted closing date AWC values diversity and encourages applications from all sections of the community.
