We’re looking for an Account Maintenance Administrator to join a busy and collaborative team within a leading bank. This is an admin-heavy role, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on data entry tasks. You’ll be responsible for setting up direct debits, maintaining account settings, and ensuring all processes run smoothly to prevent issues such as claim failures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and maintain direct debits across EMEA.
2. Amend account settings on the bank’s in-house platform.
3. Reconcile and manage various financial reports (e.g. DAS 310/30, DAS311/12, DAS221).
4. Handle dormant account closures and process account blocking requests.
5. Maintain and update accounts on the banking platform, including clearings and currency transactions.
