Description Business Support Officer Permanent - Part Time Vacancy Grade 3 - £27,254 - £33,699 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 18.25 hours per week Monday to Friday We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This hybrid role will primarily support our Occupational Therapy team, while also providing flexible business support across other service areas as needed. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and organisational support to the Occupational Therapy team. Assist with scheduling, minute-taking, data entry, and document management. Respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Support wider business support functions with ad hoc tasks as required. Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems. A flexible, team-oriented approach. Working Arrangements: This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote working and office attendance, based on business needs. Flexibility is essential.
