Job Description: We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for our 30,000 sq. ft. Distribution Warehouse in Leamington Spa. This role involves various warehouse tasks to ensure efficient operations and timely dispatch of products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Picking multi-products to meet Target and KPI
* Packing items to meet Target and KPI
* Dispatching orders to meet Target and KPI
* Loading parcels on pallets for courier collection (full training provided)
* General warehouse work, including stock counting and cycle counting
* Some heavy lifting required
* Full training, safety shoes, and PPE will be provided
* Barcode products
* Operation of bagging machine and heat sealer
* Assembly of internal purchase orders, including the preparation of specially modified products
* Engraving products with specific details
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience is required
* Ability to work 40 hours a week based on varying shift patterns, including weekends
* Salary starting from £12.50ph - £14ph
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet performance targets

Schedule:
* 8-hour shifts with overtime and weekend availability
* Shift patterns include:
* Monday to Friday: 11:30am - 8:30pm, 12:30pm - 8:30pm + Sunday
* Sunday shifts: 10:00am - 3:00pm, 2:00pm - 7:00pm, 12:00pm - 5:00pm

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
