We're looking for a Primary Class Teacher who:
* Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a love of teaching
* Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Values outdoor learning and child-led exploration
* Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Encourages creativity, independence, and resilience in every child
Essential Criteria:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience teaching in a primary setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies
* Ability to create a stimulating, inclusive, and well-managed classroom
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A reflective practitioner with a growth mindset and willingness to contribute to whole-school development
Desirable Attributes:
* Experience or interest in outdoor learning and forest school
* Ability to integrate creative arts, music, or STEM into the curriculum
* Familiarity with SEND strategies and inclusive teaching practices
* A sense of humour and a collaborative spirit
