A well-established and highly respected investment and wealth management firm is looking to appoint a SIPP Administrator to join their growing operations team.
This business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality financial planning and investment solutions, with a long-standing presence in the market and a collaborative, people-first culture. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced pensions professional to support their expanding client base.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in administering a portfolio of pension schemes, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administering Self‑Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) from cradle to completion
* Processing contributions, transfers, and benefit payments
* Liaising with IFAs, clients, and third‑party providers
* Ensuring all work complies with regulatory and internal standards
* Supporting senior team members on more complex cases where required
What They're Looking For
* Previous experience in pensions administration (essential)
* Experience with SIPPs or SSAS (preferred but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage workloads effectively in a fast‑paced environment
* A team player with a proactive and professional approach
