Chef de Partie – £13 – £14 per hour plus cash tips – West Lothian

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in our culinary operations, ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes for our valued customers. Responsibilities:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within your designated section.
* Being responsible for the kitchen team and reporting to the company executive chef
* Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
* Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking processes as needed.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment in the kitchen.
Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or kitchen environment is essential
* Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations is advantageous.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
* Experience in cooking, meal preparation, or working in a restaurant setting is beneficial.
