The Customer Service Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day leadership of the customer service function within a production and co-packing environment. This role ensures that customer orders, projects, and service requirements are managed efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional communication. Working closely with planning, production, logistics, and external partners, the Assistant Manager helps deliver a seamless customer experience from order placement through to final delivery.
