Job Location and Salary
East of England, Bedfordshire, Kempston
£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Responsibilities
1. Conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions
2. Developing and implementing personalised learning plans
3. Assessing students' progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly
4. Providing feedback to students and parents/guardians
5. Collaborating with other teachers and staff to support student learning
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* At least 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* Relevant teaching qualification
* Proven experience in education or tutoring
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
* Excellent understanding of the subject matter being taught
* Proficiency in educational technology and tools
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
* Strong organisational and time management skills
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
* Master's degree in Education or related field
* Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
* Additional certifications in specific subject areas

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent employment in the future.
