Overview
This role is responsible for overseeing all bookings, placements, and revenue capture across temporary and permanent recruitment. It is a commercial and operational role focused on ensuring every shift, placement, and booking is accurately recorded, fulfilled, and billed.
Key Responsibilities
You will take ownership of all live bookings and placements across the business, ensuring full visibility of activity and revenue. This includes managing booking pipelines, confirming placements, and ensuring all activity is captured correctly for invoicing.
You will work closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure bookings are filled efficiently, rates are applied correctly, and margins are protected. You will also track performance across desks, identifying gaps in fill rates, missed bookings, or underperforming accounts.
A core part of your role will be tightening processes around bookings and placements to eliminate revenue leakage and improve operational efficiency.
You will act as the central coordination point between sales, recruitment, and finance, ensuring a smooth flow from booking through to invoice.

Strong experience in healthcare recruitment operations and bookings. You understand how temp and perm desks run, how revenue is generated, and where it is lost. Highly organised, commercially aware, and confident managing multiple moving parts
