Head of Sales | SaaS | B2B Tech | Hybrid (3 days/week) | £80,000 Base + Commission (OTE £120k+)

The Role:
* Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales professionals focused on new business
* Own and drive the full sales strategy and operational performance
* Build a high performance culture focused on accountability and results
* Identify areas for growth using data and white space analysis
* Support pipeline development with insight-led sales coaching and planning
* Deliver accurate forecasting and CRM discipline across the team
