We are a specialist education recruitment company based in London, working with a wide range of primary, secondary, and SEN schools. We’re looking for passionate Psychology Graduates who are eager to work as Teaching Assistants supporting students with a variety of needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
Teaching Assistant / TA Role:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN
*
Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
*
Support students with their academic, emotional, and social development
*
Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver tailored support

Requirements:

A degree in Psychology, Child Psychology, Special Needs Education, Education Studies, or a related field

Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
