MCS Group is currently working alongside a leading Managed IT provider to recruit a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join the growing team. The successful candidate will assist in marketing the brand and support the sales function of the business.

Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media
* Contribute to event organisation, including in person and virtual events across Ni and ROI.
* Support content creation across WordPress Website, Social Media, Email Marketing, Blogs and PR
* Track and report campaign performance, providing insights to optimise strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure aligned messaging, branding, and promotional activities
* Customer Success Management: Support ongoing customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth onboarding, proactive communication, and resolution of post-sale issues.
* Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with key accounts by understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
* QBR (Quarterly Business Review) Preparation: Assist in the preparation and delivery of QBRs, including gathering performance data, usage metrics, and customer feedback.
* Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather missing information, clarify order details, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Essential Criteria
* 1-2 years of experience in a marketing/sales support role B2B
* Experience with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), MS Office, WordPress CMS, Canva, MailChimp and GA4
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A collaborative mindset with a high level of dedication and ability to work to deadlines.
