Job Title: Town Planner

As part of this success, their construction division is now seeking a Town Planner to join a reputable and thriving Planning Team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close:knit, well:respected, and successful team.
Location: Garforth, East Leeds
The Role
You will be responsible for managing planning project work in:house, including:
* Undertaking initial site appraisals and evaluations.
* Preparing written reports, planning statements, and submitting planning application documentation.
* Meeting and negotiating with Planning Officers and stakeholders.
* Participating in Planning Committee and Appeal processes, where required.
* Taking ownership of projects, ensuring delivery to high standards.
About You
* Minimum 2 years experience in a planning role (private or public sector).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ambitious, self:motivated, and a genuine team player.
* Keen interest in the full land and planning process.
* Full UK driving licence.
