We are delighted to be working with a fast-paced and collaborative agency, to assist them in finding a Junior Support Coordinator to join their Account Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys client interaction, organisation, and being part of delivering high-quality projects.
The successful candidate will be supporting the team responsible for delivering projects to clients, working closely with internal experts (including the creative team) and external suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and above expectations.

What you’ll be doing
* Providing day-to-day account admin and coordination support
* Helping manage client projects and deliverables
* Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
* Supporting the development of client proposals and strategy
* Attending client meetings and contributing to discussions
* Ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and exceed expectations
What we’re looking for
* Experience in account management support, partnerships, or customer care
* Someone who enjoys building relationships and working with clients
* Proficiency in MS Office packages
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A bubbly, proactive personality, and a willingness to go the extra mile
