We are looking for a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our growing client in Essex. This would suit a candidate who has at least 5 years' experience in a similar Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineering role working on structural and stress analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
* The Principal Mechanical Engineer will be leading the development and testing of the integrity of company products through various analysis methodology including structural analysis, reliability and system safety analysis.
* Create technical documentation on findings after undertaking classical analysis methods and FEA on products
* Be the technical lead on customer focussed projects for stress and reliability issues with products
Key Attributes:
* Proficient in FEA, stress calculations and structural analysis
* Experience using MathCAD is beneficial but not essential
* At least 5 years' experience in a Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineering role
