Location: London (3 days in office: Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and growth. As Social Media & Partnerships Manager, you will own and elevate the brand’s organic social presence, leveraging an existing audience of 1M+ followers to drive awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance.
Alongside this, you will lead the development and management of the brand’s partnerships ecosystem, spanning: influencers, affiliates, and its growing creator community.
This is a purely organic and partnerships-led role. It does not include responsibility for paid media.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Social Strategy & Execution
* Own the end-to-end organic social strategy across all key platforms
* Develop content frameworks that drive engagement, reach, and brand affinity
* Translate brand and campaign moments into compelling, platform-native storytelling
* Analyse performance and continuously optimise content based on insights and trends
* Identify opportunities to expand reach within and beyond the existing 1M+ follower base
Community & Audience Growth
* Deeply understand the audience and how to activate them
* Build initiatives that turn passive followers into an engaged community
* Spot and act on cultural moments to keep the brand relevant and visible
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure social is embedded in all brand activity
Partnerships & Affiliates
* Own and grow the brand’s influencer and affiliate ecosystem
* Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with creators aligned to the brand
* Develop scalable partnership models that drive both awareness and revenue
* Build and nurture a creator community that feels authentic and long-term
* Track performance of partnerships and optimise for impact
* Define what the brand’s “creator community” looks like and how it operates
* Establish frameworks for collaboration, content creation, and amplification
* Create repeatable formats and programs that encourage ongoing creator participation
Experience & Profile
* 3+ years proven experience managing and growing organic social channels at scale across a DTC brand
* Strong understanding of platform dynamics (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
* Experience working with influencers, affiliates, or creator partnerships
* Commercially aware, able to connect brand activity to tangible outcomes
* Highly creative with a strong instinct for content that performs
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
