Client Onboarding Consultant
Grantham, Lincolnshire
Office Based / Hybrid / Travel to Client Sites
£40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)

The Opportunity:
As a Client Onboarding Consultant, you will oversee software implementations, deliver user training, support demonstrations, and provide ongoing customer consultation.
Success in this role requires experience with software functionality, especially in demonstrations and training, along with a good understanding of business processes and user interactions with software.
Typical responsibilities include:
* Gathering customer requirements and identifying integration opportunities
* Managing software implementation with the development team
* Providing ongoing customer support and managing expectations
* Designing and delivering training programs
* Building relationships with internal teams
* Participating in performance reviews and personal development
About you:
* Experience in software functionality and implementation (ERP experience advantageous)
* Proven skills in demonstration, training, and customer support
* Strong understanding of business processes and software application
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed
* Proactive, organized, with problem-solving abilities
