Who we’re looking for We’re looking for a Multi Trade Operative to complete a wide range of duties and responsibilities relating to reactive and planned works, particularly focused on plumbing work. A typical day will involve completing various repairs and maintenance work, including installations and maintenance relating to taps and shower valves, bathroom fixtures, shower trays, pumps and light mechanical works. You’ll also keep and maintain records for audit purposes, ensure we always work in line with rules, regulations and our contract and make sure you’re always focused on service and safety. You’ll have experience in a similar all-round multi-trade role and be able to complete tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, patch plastering and tiling. You’ll also have a relevant plumbing qualification, be able to demonstrate general engineer competence and be L8 Legionella awareness qualified together with water regulations competent. On top of this, you’ll be passionate about delivering a show-stopping customer service and be able to work collaboratively across other trades and teams. Due to the nature of the role being within occupied premises, you will be asked to complete an enhanced DBS check if offered the role.
