Thrive Oldham are recruiting on behalf of our well established client in the Runcorn area a Warehouse Administrator Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Answering calls and transferring to relevant departments Providing excellent customer service to clients of all levels Scanning documents onto the inhouse system accurately and efficiently Processing purchase invoices and despatch paperwork Updating supplier delivery dates and amendments Serve as a point of contact for customers and visitors Maintaining excellent relationships with our customers General administrative duties to support the team Warehouse Administration experience required Excellent communicator via Teams to all other areas of the business Key Skills: Experience of working in an Administration, preferably within a manufacturing/ Warehouse setting Data entry experience required Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Must have the ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines IT skills are essential to undertake this role Salary £12.71 per hour Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Temporary role, maybe longer for the right candidate INDOLD
