The Opportunity
A leading national housebuilder is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Hemel Hempstead.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 3-4 years experience within a PLC housebuilding environment who is looking to take the next step in their career. Youll be responsible for the commercial management of multiple residential developments, working closely with construction, technical and sales teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.
This role offers genuine responsibility from day one, with the opportunity to manage your own sites while benefiting from the support of an experienced commercial leadership team.

What Theyre Looking For
- 3-4 years Quantity Surveying experience within a PLC housebuilder
- Strong understanding of residential construction and commercial processes
- Experience managing subcontract procurement and payments
- Excellent commercial awareness and cost management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline preferred
