The Role
As a key member of the administration team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Mortgage and Protection Advisers by ensuring a smooth and efficient application process for clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients daily, offering friendly and professional support.
Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from clients, lenders, and conveyancers.
Progressing mortgage applications through the underwriting process.
Carrying out compliance-related tasks.
Updating and maintaining the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
Liaising with solicitors to support the client journey.
Providing general administrative support as required.
What We're Looking For
Experience in mortgage administration or within a financial services environment.
Excellent communication skills with a personable and professional approach.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll currently be working in a similar role and have at least 1 years’ experience in mortgage or financial services administration.
You’re methodical, dependable, and take pride in offering exceptional support both to clients and your team.
