Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Rough Sleeper Outreach Worker for a Local Authority Client in Northamptonshire. In this role, you will engage directly with rough sleepers across North Northamptonshire, providing support, advocacy, and practical help to help them access housing, sustain tenancies, and improve their wellbeing. Duties: Conduct street outreach, identify rough sleepers, and provide crisis support. Build trust, engage individuals, and develop personalised support and housing plans. Work with partners and agencies to deliver multi-disciplinary support and prevent homelessness. Support individuals in temporary accommodation to sustain tenancies and develop independent living skills. Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience working with vulnerable adults in housing, care, or support roles. Practical experience of assessment, key working, and advocacy. Experience collaborating with multiple agencies and stakeholders. Ability to manage caseloads and handle challenging or sensitive situations.
