Role responsibilities
1. Manage and enhance the digital presence across multiple event brands, overseeing websites, analytics, and online campaigns.
2. Lead website management, ensuring accuracy, speed, and seamless UX across all platforms.
3. Develop and execute SEO, PPC, and remarketing strategies to increase reach and conversions.
4. Create and maintain marketing dashboards to monitor traffic, revenue, and ROI.
5. Produce and optimise digital content across social media, web, and email channels.
6. Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams on campaign delivery and budget management.
7. Support data capture and CRM integration, ensuring GDPR compliance.
8. Plan and execute social media and influencer partnerships to drive engagement and growth.
9. Provide monthly reporting and insights to improve performance across all channels.
10. Attend live events to capture digital content and enhance online storytelling.
Candidate background / the right fit
11. 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within events, e-commerce, or consumer sectors.
12. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
13. Experienced with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and basic HTML/CSS.
14. Skilled in SEO, paid media, and digital performance reporting.
15. Proactive, analytical, and confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
16. Strong communication and content creation skills with creative flair.
17. Experience with CRM, email automation, or personalisation tools is desirable.
18. Understanding of UX, CRO, and data-driven optimisation techniques.
