Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Key Account Manager located in Mytholmroyd. Working for the UK's largest garage equipment and service company, you will provide customer account management functions to several key customers, delivering on our company values and supporting the service department.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing relationships with our existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand the needs of the customer and provide solutions to problems.
* Follow up enquiries and organise any necessary customer appointments.
* Regularly provide customer key performance indicators/metrics
* Suggest further improvements based on the needs of the customer and help increase customer loyalty.
* Identify and raise any potential leads/opportunities for growth.
* Manage any relevant tender applications through to completion.
* Liaise with relevant key stakeholders to assist in the resolution of customer escalations.
* Ensure all customer complaints relating to service support functions are resolved and completed on time.
* Manage Customer performance indicators/metrics.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a service delivery function
* Good working knowledge and experience of garage equipment and related services preferred, but not essential as training/support provided.
* Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
* Excellent levels of communication, dealing with colleagues and customers at all levels
* Positive “can do” attitude towards customer problem-solving.
