* Develop communication plans that strengthen our presence with regional housebuilders while strategically targeting national housebuilder markets.
* Create tailored materials, like product literature, case studies, and digital content, to highlight the benefits of aggregate blocks for diverse construction applications.
* Use your expertise to oversee campaigns, monitor performance, and adapt strategies to ensure strong engagement and conversion rates.
* Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies to produce communication assets that align with our brand and strategy.
* Position the company as a thought leader in sustainable building solutions through strategic messaging and campaigns.
* Highlight our commitment to environmental responsibility, carbon reduction, and compliance with sustainability standards in all communication strategies.
* Manage communication platforms, ensuring up-to-date assets are accessible to internal teams for seamless execution.
* Foster relationships with architects, specifiers, contractors, and purchasing managers within the housebuilder sector to strengthen our market position.
* Represent us at industry events to showcase our solutions and gather insights to shape future strategies.
Who you are
* You’re a creative and strategic thinker with a knack for transforming product features into captivating stories.
* You have a proven background in marketing and communications, particularly in crafting messages that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Enjoy a hands on role, consumer driven and can navigate to and build out the key stories to take to market
* Your passion for understanding customer needs, coupled with your ability to build relationships and manage campaigns, sets you apart.
* You’re skilled at managing multiple projects and ensuring every piece of content aligns with the broader strategy and brand.
* You’re motivated by outcomes, constantly analysing performance and adjusting strategies to maximise engagement and conversions.
