A well-established, family-run business operating across multiple leisure sites on the Derbyshire–Leicestershire border. Thepany manages a large marina and several holiday parks and is continuing to expand, creating exciting opportunities for new team members.
Your new role
You will join a small, friendly development and maintenance team responsible for site improvements and upkeep across multiple locations. Tasks include groundwork for new plots, tree & hedge trimming, landscaping, and general outdoor maintenance of facilities. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Previous experience in labour-intensive roles (landscaping, groundworks, or construction).
2. Strong physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials.
3. Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance
4. Experience with dumper trucks and chainsaws (advantageous but not essential).
5. Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
6. Ability to work well in a team and follow safety protocols.
