Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Medicail Devices (Ulcer prevention) Fully remote WFH Covering Greater London/ Home Counties/ South East / Beds / Herts The candidate will deliver profitable growth in both Rental and Sales within the designated territory and sectors across all product groups. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales for the Company’s wide portfolio of medical devices across an existing customer base in a designated territory with the expectation to rapidly progress new business and customer opportunities. The postholder will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans within territory, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and achieving commercial success. KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES * Grow Revenues in both Rental and Capital product sales. The postholder will be expected to achieve and exceed KPIs/targets and contribute to significant growth and commercial success. * Support existing customers with the delivery of onsite training, presentations, study days, organising trials and assisting with creative solutions to improve the provision of Bariatric care within their organisations.
