You’ll play a key role in driving member awareness, engagement and revenue growth through the development and execution of high-impact brand and marketing campaigns. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, requiring creativity, leadership in cross-functional settings, and data-driven decision-making.Our Marketing team is the driving force behind our brand and member engagement, connecting with the Blue Light community in meaningful and impactful ways. We don’t just promote – we inspire, engage, and build lasting relationships and memories.What You’ll Do Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for key commercial moments like Black Friday, Member Days and product launchesCollaborate with the commercial team to activate co-branded campaigns that align with member interests and deliver mutual valueOwn the brand proposition, development and guardianship, and develop new product and service positioningOversee the creation of content and wider marketing plan ensuring alignment with brand guidelinesLeverage member stories and testimonials to create compelling narratives that drive campaign successRefine strategies for improved campaign outcomes, monitoring KPIs such as engagement, share of wallet and revenueImplement A/B testing to optimise messaging, visuals, and formats across platformsDevelop scalable frameworks and playbooks to streamline campaign execution Mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and promoting a results-driven cultureWhat You’ll Bring Proven experience developing and executing brand strategy and managing high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns in a cross-functional set-up, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goodsIn-depth understanding of Above-The-Line (ATL) marketing, with a track record of planning and delivering high-reach campaigns across channels such as TV, radio and OOHStrong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiencesA data-driven approach with experience in campaign performance analysis and reportingFamiliarity with co-branded marketing and partner activations or experience in affiliate marketing and loyalty program promotion would be desirable Knowledge of PR integration within campaigns to maximise reach and impact would be an advantageA commercial mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities to drive the brand and business forward Excellent stakeholder management skills, and ability to collaborate across teams and with external partnersOur CultureOur mission is simple – make heroes happy.
