* Provide excellent and specialized customer service by creating emotionally enriched relationships with clients.
* Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.

* Client Book development and maintenance.
* Suggest new arrivals to clients.
* Actively supports the visual merchandising following the VM Specialist guidelines.
* Works well in a team environment with energy and enthusiasm.
* Completes assigned tasks by the management team.
* Selling Ceremony (develops sales, cross selling, and multiple sales).
* Attends sales training activities.
* Opening and Closing store
