Eclectic Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Birmingham who are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Private Client Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their growing Private Client team.
The Role:
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, providing tailored legal advice to individuals and families. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who takes pride in delivering a high level of client care and can approach sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, and estate administration
* Advising clients on powers of attorney and related matters
* Drafting wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
* Handling probate applications and administering estates from start to finish
* Maintaining strong client relationships
* Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in private client law
* Proven experience handling wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney
* Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and empathetic approach
* Ability to manage a full caseload independently
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
