As an Business Development Executive, you should demonstrate:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High-level customer service skills
* Knowledge of products and manufacturer systems

Knowledge of Kerridge systems is advantageous.
This customer-facing, field-based role reports directly to the Head of Parts Sales and involves developing customer accounts, maximizing parts sales, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:
* Growing customer base through CRM
* Providing detailed reports on customer activity
* Fostering customer loyalty and sales growth
* Encouraging use of manufacturer online platforms
* Collaborating with the parts team and manufacturers on promotions
* Maintaining accurate inventory and operational controls
* Resolving invoice queries and bad debt issues promptly
* Developing account-specific growth strategies
* Engaging in continuous learning
