16. Lead and promote the evaluation of emerging technologies, models, methods etc. on an ongoing basis to enablepetitive differentiation and strengthening of existing product technology
17. Responsible for articulating the technical roadmap, the overall vitality of the product, architecture overview documentation and leading the validation of our platforms in the product pipeline
18. Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and high performing, monitoring key metrics and KPIs, identifying and addressing issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to optimise performance and enhance the customer experience
19. Provide visionary leadership to multiple Agile Scrum/Squad/teams, guiding their efforts in platform development, feature enhancements, and technical excellence
