The Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Inspections Coordinator to join our Life Sciences inspection team on an 18-month fixed term contract. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional, bespoke inspection services for a wide variety of commodities across multiple worldwide locations. You will play a key role in project coordination, client service, and risk management while working closely with both commercial and assay departments. About The Position Shift: Monday to Friday Contract: Full-time, 18-month fixed-term contract Salary: Competitive, with opportunities for progression The day to day Provide day-to-day project management within the department, liaising closely with commercial and assay teams. End-to-end coordination of each appointment, including supervision, inspection protocol definition, and cradle-to-grave responsibility for client requests. Assess ALS (UK) Ltd. and client exposure to minimise or eliminate operational risk. Coordinate inspection activities, including weighing, sampling, and shipment logistics. Contribute to Key Account Management by delivering first-class customer service. Process sales and purchase transactions in line with company policies and guidelines. The Essentials Minimum 5 GCSEs including Math & English Demonstrated experience using Management Information Systems. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
