As a Technical Project Manager II in Risk Technology you will leadplex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and enhance the firm's technological capabilities. You will leverage your broad knowledge of technical principles and practices to develop innovative solutions, while effectively managing resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Your analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and embrace change. By fostering productive relationships with stakeholders and clients, you will contribute to the firm's overall growth and success. Job responsibilities
1. Analyze and breakdownplex business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills
2. Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions, including identifying key technologies or platforms that can solve business goals and managing vendor relations
3. Develop and executeprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects and programs
4. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project or program oues
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
6. Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effectivemunication throughout the project or program lifecycle
7. Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms and software tools leveraging advanced technical fluency
8. Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
9. Formal Training with proven experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leadingplex technology projects and programs
10. Proven ability to utilize analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into manageable tasks
11. Demonstrated technical proficiency and experience with relevant platforms and software tools/technologies
12. Experience in resource optimization and/or resource planning
13. Prior experience managing diverse sets of stakeholders, establishing productive working relationships with cross-functional teams, clients, and managing projecternance
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
14. Significant cost, productivity and operational efficiency optimization experience, achieved on a global scale.
15. Extensive experience partnering with senior stakeholders in leading technology change initiatives, using influencing and negotiating skills to achieve desired oues.
16. High emotional intelligence, politically savviness and ability to navigate effectively in a highly pressurized and dynamic cross-functional, cross-product global environment.
17. Ability to engage with high performing teams, colleagues, and suppliers to deliver results at pace
