Business and Leadership Apprenticeship Trainer
Part time, 22.2 hours a week

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our Apprenticeship team as a Business and Leadership Trainer. You’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of business leaders by delivering high-quality, engaging training that blends academic learning with real-world application.
You’ll have a strong background in business, management, or leadership, ideally with experience in coaching or training within a workplace or educational setting. You’ll be confident in designing and delivering apprenticeship programmes that meet industry standards and inspire learners to reach their full potential.
We’re seeking someone who:
Has a deep understanding of business operations, leadership principles, and organisational development.
Can build strong relationships with apprentices, employers, and colleagues to support learner progress.
Is committed to continuous improvement and staying up to date with apprenticeship standards and sector developments.
Brings energy, creativity, and a learner-focused approach to teaching and mentoring.
Holds relevant qualifications in business or leadership (and ideally a teaching or assessor qualification, or willingness to work towards one).If you’re enthusiastic about developing talent and making a real impact in the local business community, we’d love to hear from you.
