Description
As a Private Client Legal Executive/Solicitor/Partner your duties will include:
* Provide expert advice and guidance to private clients on a range of matters.
* Draft and review documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Manage a caseload of private client matters, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices within the department.
* Conduct research to support case preparation and decision-making.
* Represent clients in negotiations and mediations where required.
* Ensure all work adheres to the company\'s policies and regulatory requirements.
Profile/Qualifications
A successful Private Client Legal Executive/Solicitor/Partner should have at least 2 years experience in dealing with private client matters. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
Job Offer
* Competitive salary ranging from £37,000 to £60,000 GBP.
