IT Team Insight
The team supports networks, devices, user access and classroom technology across the site, and collaborates with trust-wide IT specialists.
The Role
* Providing frontline IT support to staff and students
* Maintaining/troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers and AV equipment
* Supporting Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration
* Assisting with device deployments and upgrades
* Keeping accurate asset and ticket records
Ideal Candidate
Technically confident, good communication skills and keen to develop in a school IT setting.
