Join us as an Advocacy Creation CX Manager at Barclays, where you will analyse key drivers of advocacy, monitor engagement trends across industries, learn and adapt best practices from finance and other sectors, and collaborate across the organisation to identify opportunities to create customer promoters and advocates.
Responsibilities
* Analyse key drivers of advocacy and associated actions and activities.
* Monitor advocacy and engagement trends across the industry.
* Collaborate across the organisation to identify opportunities to create customer promoters and advocates.
* Develop customer level strategies and solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
* Advise stakeholders on the application of existing and new products/propositions and related customer and colleague journeys.
* Define priorities for delivering the outcomes needed to execute the product strategy and lead execution of those priorities.
* Develop commercial and business models with an understanding of the financial drivers of the P&L for the relevant segment/journey.
* Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance, and potential risks for new product development and launch.
* Monitor market trends and gather feedback through prototypes, user testing, and beta programs to refine products/processes before launch.
* Manage launch plans and technical deployments, establish rollout timelines, marketing strategies, training initiatives and communication channels.
* Monitor metrics such as adoption, usage, customer satisfaction (including complaints), and revenue to assess performance against goals.
