Position: Call Centre Agent
Location: Kilmarnock (Hybrid)
Salary: 25,000 + monthly bonus

Benefits:
* Salary: 25,000 pa, with potential to earn up to 300 bonus per month
* Hybrid working: 3 days in Kilmarnock office, 2 days at home (after 3 months)
* 37.5 hours per week: Mon-Thu shifts from 8am to 8pm, Fri 9am to 5pm, and 1 in 3 Sat 8am to 2pm
* 28 days holidays, increasing to 31 days after 5 years
* Pension: 5% employee and minimum 4% employer contributions

Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries
* Build strong, trustworthy relationships with customers
* Navigate and update relevant systems with customer information
* Achieve set KPIs on a weekly basis
* Adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills and Experience:
* Driven and confident, eager to learn new skills
* Strong customer service experience
* Experience working to meet KPIs
* Available for Monday-Friday and occasional Saturday shifts
* Strong computer skills
