The Role This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role where you will learn how to win new business and fill vacancies for clients. You will be responsible for both: Business Development (winning new clients) Candidate Management (filling roles and servicing clients) No two days are the same. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Making outbound calls to generate new business opportunities Booking and attending client meetings Building long-term relationships with clients Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts Recruitment & Delivery Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and referrals Screening, interviewing and registering candidates Matching candidates to suitable roles Managing the end-to-end recruitment process Account Management Maintaining strong relationships with clients Ensuring high levels of service and fulfilment Dealing with queries and resolving issues quickly What Were Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone A driven, competitive and resilient mindset Willingness to learn and develop in a sales environment Good organisation and time management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment No recruitment experience required full training provided.
