New Business Development Manager
to expand our client base and fuel our growth.
This is a
new business role
. You'll focus on opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals for Ultima's
managed services, cloud, security, networking and professional services solutions
. No farming, no account management — just pure sales growth, backed by world-class support.

What you'll do
* Win
new logo customers
across mid-market and enterprise, positioning Ultima's managed and professional services.
* Leverage SDR- and marketing-qualified leads to accelerate pipeline growth.
* Engage senior stakeholders — from IT directors to C-suite — with consultative, value-led selling.
* Collaborate with technical experts to deliver tailored proposals that resonate.
* Own the sales cycle end-to-end: from prospecting to negotiation to closure.
* Build a robust pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets.
What you'll bring
* Essential: Experience selling for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) in a new business capacity.
* Proven success in selling
managed and professional services
to new customers.
* Strong understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and workplace transformation.
* Exceptional communication skills, from boardroom presentations to technical discussions.
* A self-starter mindset: resilient, target-driven, and motivated by success.
