Description and Requirements
We are looking for a senior Business Operations Professional to support executive-level business activities within a global organization. This role reports to the Chief of Staff to the SVP / Chief Executive Office and focuses on enabling effective operations, communication, and execution across multiple international sites. The position has a strong international scope, requires close interaction with senior leaders, and includes regular collaboration with sites in the UK and Riyadh, with some travel expected. This is a non-people-manager role designed for a highly organized, proactive individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support executive-level business operations and planning activities for the SVP organization
2. Manage operational rhythms including planning cycles, reviews, OKRs, and executive offsites
3. Own and coordinate core business processes such as budget tracking, headcount planning, and reporting
4. Prepare high-quality executive materials including presentations, briefings, dashboards, and updates
5. Act as an operational integrator across functions (Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Comms, Real Estate)
6. Support and enable site leaders across multiple locations, ensuring alignment and operational stability
7. Represent the organization in selected internal and external interactions, including universities and public stakeholders
8. Step into meetings or operational forums on behalf of the Chief of Staff to ensure continuity and progress
Position Requirements
9. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
10. Proven experience in Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Program Management, or similar senior operational roles
11. Strong experience working closely with senior executives in complex, fast-paced environments
12. Solid business acumen with exposure to multiple functions finance, HR, marketing, IT, operations)
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
14. Strong ability to structure work, manage ambiguity, and drive execution independently
15. High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
16. Comfortable operating in an international, multicultural environment with diverse stakeholders
