Leading and managing a team of?surveyors, overseeing the assessment and delivery of repairs. Handling?complex and high-priority repairs, including?damp & mould issues?and?disrepair claims, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally. Providing expert advice and guidance throughout the repair process, from initial reports to final resolution. Supporting your teams development through mentoring and performance reviews, ensuring top-tier service delivery. Collaborating with contractors, consultants, and legal teams to resolve claims and building defects. What Were Looking For
Ideally RICS Chartered Surveyor?(or equivalent) with?extensive experience?in?responsive repairs?and?building pathology. Proven leadership and team management experience
youll be leading a team to achieve operational excellence. A comprehensive understanding of?damp & mould?issues,?disrepair claims, and?building defects. A customer-focused approach, with the ability to handle challenging cases and provide expert solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with both customers, inhouse delivery team and contractors. Experience using?CRM, Housing Management and Contractor (desirable).
