Our client, a fantastic organisation based in Beaconsfield, is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team. You will be helping to ensure a safe, efficient and compliant working environment covering areas of H&S, Quality, Audit Management and Training and Policy Management.

The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail and superb communication skills.
This is a full time office based role - 8.30 - 4.30 or 9 - 5.30.
Duties include
Health and Safety
Support all aspects of business management to meet standards and regulatory requirements relating to building safety, security, and maintenance
Coordinate regular servicing for equipment
Maintain and update Health and Safety Risk Assessments
Assist with Fire Safety management, including completing the annual Fire Risk Assessment
Quality and Compliance
Assist in documenting, tracking, and resolving complaints, near misses, and minor concerns
Provide quarterly audit reports of complaints via QCS, sharing outcomes and lessons learned with staff
Prepare and submit monthly Compliance and Governance Reports
Audit Management
Maintain the GDPR Asset Register
Provide administrative support to projects and contribute to policy updates or new policy drafting
Support quality improvement initiatives
Mandatory Training and Policy Management
Manage systems, including registering new starters, assigning training modules, and monitoring completion
Report on mandatory training completion and compliance scores, highlighting any areas requiring attention
Skills/Experience
Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
IT literate
Excellent communication skills
Able to work in a team and independently
