We're urgently recruiting experienced HCAs to work across Mid West Wales.

Responsibilities Include:As an Outpatient HCA, you will support clinical teams with:
* Greeting and preparing patients for consultations
* Taking and recording observations (BP, pulse, temperature, respirations, SpO2)
* Supporting minor procedures under nurse/clinician supervision
* Chaperoning during examinations
* Assisting with wound care preparation and dressing changes
* Completing patient documentation accurately
* Maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment
* Providing excellent patient care and reassurance
* Supporting clinics such as general medicine, respiratory, orthopaedics, surgical, dermatology, pain management, and more
What We're Looking For:Minimum 12 months' HCA experience in a (UK NHS) hospital settingExcellent communication and patient care skillsAbility to work confidently in busy outpatient departmentsReliable, professional, and flexible
