We have been exclusively instructed by a leading UK investment manager, who are looking to add a general corporate lawyer to work directly with the GC. The role has a focus on high profile, longer term internal projects key to the success of this expanding business, as well as broader general corporate/commercial matters. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, able to work autonomously, and with excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate is likely to be UK qualified and have at least 4 years' experience as a corporate lawyer at a leading law firm or in-house.
