Healthcare Assistant (Full-Time)Serving Residential & Nursing Homes across Dorset and Hampshire
Job Type: Full-time, Day ShiftsSalary:
* Weekdays: £16.04 per hour
* Weekends: £16.10 per hour

We are currently seeking reliable, experienced, and caring Healthcare Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:As a Healthcare Assistant, your role will include but is not limited to:
* Providing personal care and support to residents (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Assisting with mobility and manual handling using appropriate equipment
* Supporting residents with meals and hydration
* Observing, monitoring, and accurately recording residents’ wellbeing
* Promoting independence and dignity at all times
* Working closely with nursing staff and care teams to deliver individualised care
* Reporting any concerns or changes in residents’ conditions
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months of UK-based care experience in a residential or nursing home setting
* Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
* Full-time availability - part-time applications will not be considered
* A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality care
* Right to work in the UK - we are unable to offer sponsorship

Location Coverage:This role will include, but is not limited to, the following areas:
* New Milton and surrounding areas
* Other parts of Dorset and Hampshire (flexibility to travel is essential)
