We're looking for a Trunk Road Operations Manager to join Conwy County Borough Council - someone who can lead a busy team, manage important maintenance work, and help us deliver a high-quality service on some of North Wales' most important roads.
About the Role
Lead and support a team who look after our trunk roads. Make sure work is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Plan and organise maintenance programmes throughout the year. Work closely with partners such as NMWTRA. Keep track of budgets and ensure work is delivered on time and within cost. Help respond to emergencies and incidents that affect the road network. Deputise for the Open Spaces Manager when needed.
