About Skinnify
At Skinnify, we’re reinventing fitness by integrating resistance into everyday clothing. In just two years, we’ve grown from 0 to 120,000+ customers – and we’re just getting started. Now, we’re hiring a full-time TikTok Shop Expert (40 hours/week) to scale our brand on TikTok Shop — someone who can manage campaigns end-to-end, work with influencers, and turn our products into bestsellers.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to maximize TikTok Shop sales
* Identify, recruit, and manage TikTok influencers who fit our brand
* Negotiate fair deals and prepare contracts with influencers
* Provide influencers with clear creative directions for product videos
* Monitor campaign performance, optimize in real-time, and scale successful ads
* Use analytics and tools to track sales, conversions, and ROI
* Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to generate ad concepts
* Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and new growth opportunities
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
